Zach Randolph made his first all star team last year, and looks to continue his dominance this year.
Last season, the Grizzlies improved drastically, and reached a record of 40-42, a 16 game improvement from the year before.  Zach Randolph exploded last year, making his first all star team.  This summer the team signed Rudy Gay to a max contract, signaling their committment to him as one of the leagues rising stars.  There’s no reason not to expect the Grizzlies to finish above .500 this season, as their chemistry continues to get better and they make their ascent into the better teams in the Western Conference.  Had they been in the east last year, they would have been a 5 or 6 seed probably, but the rugged Western Conference poses challenges for even the pretty decent teams like the Grizz.

Steve Nash may see less minutes this year, but the real question is, "How many less?"
The Phoenix Suns made a few changes in the offseason. Primarily, they lost Amar’e Stoudemire in free agency, something they expected, but will undoubtedly hurt the Suns tremendously. They acquired the malcontent Hedo Turkoglu in an off season trade and are hoping he experiences a rebirth in Phoenix after struggling mightily in Toronto last year. Steve Nash is still at the helm, and the Suns will still be exciting, but it’s hard to imagine them replicating last season’s success.

Tyreke Evans is going to get better, the question is, "how much better next year?"
The Sacramento Kings have a wealth of young talent, and recently signaled a change in philosophy by dealing Kevin Martin for Carl Landry. This move solidified their committment to Tyreke Evans as the cornerstone of their franchise. They were fortunate enough to land DeMarcus Cousins this offseason in the draft, who promises to be a significant part of the franchise for years to come. While Sacramento may not make the playoffs this year, they promise to be an improved team and should be a fun one to watch, as Evans and Cousins grow together to form part of the Kings’ new nucleus.  Here are some player prop bets from Bodog Sportsbook.

A healthy Chris Paul promises to aid the Hornets in many ways.
The New Orleans Hornets suffered badly from missing Chris Paul most of last season.  Even with young stud Darren Collison coming in and playing brilliant, the Hornets were outmatched badly last season and hope to rebound this year with a healthy Paul and the addition of Trevor Ariza.  David West must return to his all-star form, as well as the team blending well together, and the Hornets could return to their post season form of years ago.

Will This Be the Year Eric Gordon Breaks Out?
The Clippers were pretty dreadful last year, but that may change with a healthy Blake Griffin on the court, in addition to the continued growth of Eric Gordon.  Kaman started off last season with gusto, but as injuries accrued, he faded.  Baron Davis is battling weight problems, and I expect rookie Eric Bledsoe to receive at least 18 minutes a game, which means Baron will be close to 30 minutes a game.  We’ll take a look here at how the return of Blake Griffin will affect the Los Angeles Clippers.

With a shift in coaches from Don Nelson to Keith Smart, a lot of variables are still up in the air with the Warriors.  It has been said we can expect the tempo to remain fast, and David Lee will certainly change the make up of the Warriors.  The continued growth of Stephen Curry should be the story to watch in Golden State this year.  Here’s the prop bets for the Golden State Warriors available at Bodog:

With the 2010-11 season right on the doorstep, it’s time for player prop bets.  There’s always more than just past seasons’ averages.  One of the variables here with the Mavs you will see is a guy who doesn’t even have any player prop bets up on bodog, Rodrique Beaubois.  Without further ado, here are the player prop bets for the Dallas Mavericks for this season available at Bodog.
