North Carolina came on strong last season upsetting Miami and almost stunning Virginia Tech in route to a 6 win season which included a bowl birth. Much of this success came via departing QB Darian Durant, who will be dearly missed. The talent just isn't there to duplicate last years win total. Returning to a bowl game will be a difficult task as the only game the Heels should be favored in is against Duke. They also have a difficult non conference schedule which includes Wisconsin, Utah, and Louisville. Unfortunately this will be a long season for Tar Heel fans.
