The Chicago Bears (0-3) have been anything but impressive in going winless this preseason and will be hard-pressed to turn things around in the finale considering starting quarterback Jay Cutler is expected to sit out and rest for the regular-season opener against Detroit.  Regardless, the Bears enter Thursday’s matchup with the Cleveland Browns (1-2) as 2-point road favorites on the NFL football betting lines despite the fact that veteran Todd Collins will be calling a majority of the offensive signals.
