Stanford concludes its two-game road trip in the Pacific Northwest, as it looks to bounce back from an 81-72 defeat to the Oregon State Beavers as one-point favorites last Thursday, while going OVER the betting total of 146.5.  The Cardinal have an opportunity to register their second road win over a top-25 opponent, which is important to consider when making your college basketball betting picks.  Four of five probable starters are averaging in double figures, with junior guard Chasson Randle leading the way at 19.2 points a contest.  Stanford is 9-4 ATS in its last 13 games following a SU loss.

The Cardinal own a 90-48 SU all-time advantage in this series, but they haven’t won in Eugene since an 88-71 decision three years ago.  In six games against Oregon, Stanford senior forward Dwight Powell is averaging 10.6 points and 6.7 rebounds.  The program has compiled a 5-13 SU record against ranked opponents under head coach Johnny Dawkins.  It’s important to point out that the squad is trying to avoid its first 0-3 start in Pac-12 Conference play since 2005.

Oregon is third nationally in averaging 88.9 points per game, as it has scored at least 80 in 12 of 15 games this season, which can’t be ignored when looking over the college basketball odds page.  The Ducks have done a tremendous job of forcing their opponents into making mistakes, as they’ve caused a double-digit turnover total in 14 of 15 games.  Offensively, the team has three probable starters averaging in double figures, with junior guard Joseph Young leading the way at 19.7 points a contest.  Oregon is 5-15-2 ATS in its last 22 conference games.

The Ducks have dropped back-to-back games, including a 96-83 setback to the California Golden Bears as 6.5-point home favorites last time out.  Oregon is 9-0 SU when out-rebounding its opponent this season, while it has five backcourt players who have combined to play nearly 5,000 minutes during the 2012-13 campaign.  The team has also won all 11 games when outshooting its opponent.

Sports bettors will likely back the Ducks due to the home team going 9-4 ATS in the last 13 meetings in this series.
