Oklahoma has won 10 straight road games versus unranked Big 12 Conference opponents, which is important to consider when making your Week 12 college football predictions, while it has captured 10 of 15 meetings in this particular series under head coach Bob Stoops.  The Sooners are 34-2 SU on the road versus Big 12 teams when scoring 30 or more points under Stoops.  Oklahoma is 7-2 SU and 4-5 ATS in November the last two-plus seasons, with the OVER going 7-2 in those nine opportunities.

The Sooners have never dropped back-to-back regular season games during the Stoops era, which can’t be ignored when looking over the college football betting lines, as they look to improve upon their rushing numbers of averaging 225.0 yards per game.  Oklahoma has a plus-five turnover margin in its six victories and a minus-two mark in its three setbacks.  It’s important to point out that the program has won 47 consecutive games when leading at the break—the nation’s longest active winning streak of its kind.

Texas Tech has dropped back-to-back games, including a 34-13 setback to the Texas Longhorns as 3.5-point home underdogs on Nov. 1, while going UNDER the betting total in four of its last five contests.  The Red Raiders are 6-15 SU all-time against the Sooners, but they’ve captured four of the last seven installments in the last seven years.    It’s important for the offensive line to step up in this Big 12 matchup, as the unit has allowed just eight sacks in nine affairs.  Texas Tech is 1-8 SU and 0-9 ATS in November the last two-plus seasons.

The Red Raiders will want to establish a ground game with DeAndre Washington, as his 796 rushing yards marks the most by a player within the program through nine games of the season since 1998.  Texas Tech has used a total of 26 newcomers on both sides of the ball this season, including nine true freshmen.

Sports bettors will likely back the Red Raiders due to the home team covering the number in six of the last eight meetings.
