Memphis has won five of its last six games, including a 108-103 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers as 11.5-point home favorites Wednesday, while going OVER the betting total for a fourth consecutive contest.  The Grizzlies have four of five probable starters averaging in double figures, with point guard Mike Conley leading the way at 17.7 points a contest, which is important to consider when making your NBA predictions.  He’s scored in double figures in all but four games during the 2013-14 campaign.  Memphis is 5-2 ATS as road underdogs of 3.5 to 6 points, with the UNDER going 5-2 in that situation.

The Grizzlies have won 15 of 20 games since the return of center Marc Gasol, which can’t be ignored when looking over the pro basketball odds page.  Memphis is allowing just 89.2 points per game with Gasol back in the paint—a number that leads the NBA over that span.  The franchise owns the sixth-best road winning percentage in the league, which is impressive given the fact that the team has faced the ninth-toughest schedule to date.

Oklahoma City has dropped three games in a row, including a 114-100 decision to the Cleveland Cavaliers as 15-point home favorites Wednesday, while going OVER the betting total of 205.  The Thunder are 23-6 SU at home this season, including a 15-2 mark versus Western Conference opponents.  Dating back to the start of the 2011-12 campaign, the team is 41-12 SU when coming off a loss.  Oklahoma City is 4-2 SUATS as home favorites of 3.5 to 6 points this season.

The Thunder have gone 35-6 SU this season when out-rebounding their opponents—ranking eighth in the league in averaging 45.1 boards per game.  Oklahoma City continues to be led by forward Kevin Durant on the offensive end, who is averaging career-highs in points and assists.

Sports bettors will likely back the Grizzlies due to their 9-4 ATS mark in their last 13 road games.
