Auburn’s 582 yards of total offense wasn’t enough in suffering a 41-38 setback to the Texas A&M Aggies as 23.5-point home favorites last Saturday, while going OVER the betting total for a third consecutive affair.  The Tigers have scored at least 20 points in every game since the beginning of the 2013 campaign, which can’t be ignored when making your Week 12 college football betting picks, while they’ve captured 16 of 17 games when rushing for 250 or more yards under head coach Gus Malzahn.  Auburn is 5-1 ATS in its last six November affairs.

The Tigers have put together a 9-2 record in one-score games during the Malzahn era, which is important to consider when looking over the college football betting lines, as they look to win their second consecutive game in this series.  Auburn picked up a 43-38 victory over Georgia as three-point home favorites last year—gaining 566 yards of total offense.  Quarterback Nick Marshall is the most important player to handicap for the visitor, as he’s thrown for 28 touchdowns and run for another 23 in his career.

Georgia bounced back from its second loss of the season to pick up a 63-31 blowout victory over the Kentucky Wildcats as 10-point road favorites last week, while going OVER the betting total for the eighth time in nine affairs.  The Bulldogs were 9-for-9 on third down and never punted last week, as they gained 599 yards of total offense, including 305 of that coming on the ground.  Georgia has covered the number in four of the last five meetings in this series when played at Sanford Stadium.

The Bulldogs received a major performance from senior quarterback Hutson Mason, as he threw for a career-high four touchdown passes versus the Wildcats, while freshman running back Nick Chubb has tallied four consecutive 100-yard games on the ground.  It’s important to point out that Georgia has scored 62 points off 19 turnovers this year.

Sports bettors will likely back the Bulldogs due to the favorite being 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings of this Southeastern Conference rivalry.
