Stop by our NFL betting lines page or see the table below to compare different lines from a variety of top sportsbooks. Here’s a small sampling of some of the bigger games.

Pittsburgh (-3) at Tampa Bay – The Steelers opened as 2 ½ point road favorites but most books are now listing the game at 3 points. Pittsburgh managed to win a big game at Tennessee despite Dennis Dixon going down with a knee injury. Byron Leftwich was cut so Charlie Batch got the nod. The Steelers only gained 127 total yards, and a measly 21 yards through the air. But the Steelers’ defense stood tall again, holding the Titans to 238 yards and forcing 7 turnovers. Head coach Mike Tomlin has no idea who will be his starting quarterback in Tampa Bay. The Bucs have started the season 2-0 after defeating the Browns at home and the Panthers on the road. Josh Freeman is starting to look like a solid NFL quarterback and the Bucs’ D is pretty tough, too.

Houston (-3) vs. Dallas – Bragging rights for the state of Texas are on the line. The Texans opened as 2 point favorites but early money has moved the line to 3. Houston pulled out a dramatic overtime win at Washington to move to 2-0. Matt Schaub threw for just under 500 yards and 3 tds. Andre Johnson and Kevin Walter combined for 23 catches, 203 yards, and 2 touchdowns. The Cowboys fell to 0-2 after losing to the Bears at home. Dallas fans can’t be happy after another poor showing by the ‘Boys. Some pundits had predicted Dallas to make it to the Super Bowl, but that seems unlikely at this point. How long until Jerry Jones starts swinging an ax?

Philadelphia (-3) at Jacksonville – The Eagles opened as a field goal favorite and the line has held steady. The big question is who will start at quarterback, Kevin Kolb or Michael Vick? Kolb was ineffective in the preseason and in the first half against the Packers before leaving the game with a concussion. Vick has been sensational. But Andy Reid has indicated that Kolb is still the man. We shall see. The Jags got throttled in San Diego. They never really challenged the Chargers who were clearly the better football team. Having to travel across the country is always a chore, and playing Philly at home should help. If the Eagles gave up 32 points to Shaun Hill, Jahvid Best and the Lions, how many will they give up to David Garrard, Maurice Jones-Drew and the Jaguars?

Miami (-1) vs. New York Jets – The Dolphins opened as a 1 ½ point favorite, but now the line is scattered between 1 ½ and a pick, depending upon the sportsbook. Miami is 2-0 after road wins at Buffalo and Minnesota. Don’t forget about the ‘Fins in the AFC East. The Jets followed up their loss to the Ravens with a thorough beating of the Patriots, 28-14. Mark Sanchez and the Jets’ offense looked much better. Two good defenses will be on the field, and the final score might look more like a baseball game. The total is 35 points.

Green Bay (-3) at Chicago – For the Monday night game the Pack opened as 3 point road favorites, and while a couple books have moved to 3 ½ points most are still at 3. In their first game without Ryan Grant, the Packers had no trouble with Buffalo at home. But now they have to go to Soldier Field to take on a division rival. The Bears should’ve lost to Detroit in week 1, and then they went into Dallas and took care of the Cowboys 27-20. Jay Cutler is taking well to Mike Martz as the new offensive coordinator. Like Green Bay, Chicago is 2-0. The winner takes command of the NFC North.

Time

Game

Team

Open

Bookmker

Pincle

5 Dimes

9/26
12:00p

399
400

TENNESSEE
NY GIANTS

43
3½

43
3-15

42½u07
3-10

42½
3-15

9/26
12:00p

401
402

BUFFALO
NEW ENGLAND

43
11

42½
13

42½u10
13-01

42
14+05

9/26
12:00p

403
404

CLEVELAND
BALTIMORE

38
10

36½
10½

36½
10½-01

36½
11+05

9/26
12:00p

405
406

PITTSBURGH
TAMPA BAY

2½
34

3+05
34

1-25
33½u10

1½-20
33½

9/26
12:00p

407
408

CINCINNATI
CAROLINA

3½
40

3-20
39½

3-17
38½u08

3-20
38½

9/26
12:00p

409
410

ATLANTA
NEW ORLEANS

9/26
12:00p

411
412

SAN FRANCISCO
KANSAS CITY

9/26
12:00p

413
414

DETROIT
MINNESOTA

42
10

42
10½

41½u10
10½

41½
11½+05

9/26
12:00p

415
416

DALLAS
HOUSTON

46½
2

46½
3ev

47o10
3+11

47
2½-15

9/26
3:05p

417
418

WASHINGTON
ST.
