The Kentucky Wildcats are coming off a Week 1 38-24 victory over Toledo. Week 2 sees the Wildcats host visiting Eastern Michigan as 14.5-point favorites.<\/p>\n

The over\/under is set at 54 total points according to college football oddsmakers at 5dimes, and the game will kick off at 6:30 PM CST Saturday on the SEC Network.<\/p>\n

KENTUCKY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kentucky rode the success of quarterback Terry Wilson\u2019s arm in Week 1. He threw 19 of 26 for 246 yards with a pair of TD passes. Kavosiesy Smoke had success as the lead rusher, carrying seven times for 78 yards and a TD. Asim Rose led the team with 16 carries but managed just 64 yards and a TD. Justin Rigg rushed another TD in, as Kentucky scored three TDs via the rush. Lynn Bowden Jr was the lead receiver with six catches for 77 yards, and Ahmad Wagner added 57 yards on his three catches.<\/p>\n

Bryce Oliver and Allen Dailey Jr. picked up 32 and 31 yards, respectively.<\/p>\n

Kentucky held Toledo to 166 passing yards and 181 rushing yards, but the Rockets did average 4.6 yards-per-carry with three rushing TDs. Toledo did not throw a TD pass but did have one inception at the hands of DeAndre Square. Bowden Jr. was good on kick returns with two for an average of 21 yards per attempt, and Christoper Rodriguez Jr had one kick return for 20 yards. Square was a monster defensively, too, with 11 tackles, seven solos, 0.5 sacks and 1.5 tackles for loss. Kentucky had four sacks and seven tackles-for-loss in the game.<\/p>\n

EASTERN MICH<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eastern Michigan is 1-0 after its Week 1 win over Coastal Carolina. The Eagles allowed 304 passing yards to Coastal Carolina, but it intercepted four of Fred Payton\u2019s throws and held the Chanticleers to just 74 rushing yards on 30 attempts. Eastern Michigan QB Mike Glass III was sensational. He completed 20 of 22 passes for 188 yards with three TD passes.<\/p>\n

Shaq Vann was the lead rusher with 22 carries for 84 yards, while Glass managed to pick up 11 yards and a TD on his seven carries.\u00a0 <\/span>Vann did fumble and it was lost.<\/p>\n

Dylan Drummond and Matthew Sexton combined to catch nine passes for a total of 100 yards, and Drummond had two of Eastern Michigan\u2019s three receiving TDs. Eastern Michigan\u2019s defensive efforts were spearheaded by Kobie Beltram and Terry Myrick. Beltram had 12 tackles, five solo, and Myrick had 11 tackles with six solo. Eastern Michigan had just one sack in the game and five tackles-for-loss.<\/p>\n
