The 8-1 Colorado State Rams<\/strong> are 4-1 in Mountain West play and find itself 18-point favorites<\/strong> over 2-7 Hawaii in college football odds this week.<\/p>\n

Colorado State has won seven straight since losing to Boise State on Sept. 6. Last week, the Rams prevailed over San Jose State 38-31. QB Garrett Grayson has been on a tear this season. He\u2019s thrown for 2,746 yards this season at a 66.6 percent clip with 22 TDs and five INTs. It\u2019s good for a very impressive passer rating of 168.7. Grayson sustained a groin injury last week but is expected to be ready to go.<\/p>\n

In the backfield, the Rams have got 794 yards this season out of Dee Hart, who has scored 10 of the Rams\u2019 16 rushing TDs. Leading WR Rashard Higgins has 1,280 yards yards and 13 TDs, accounting for over half the Rams\u2019 TDs and nearly half of the reception yardage. Higgins is listed as doubtful for this contest, which will open things up for the Rams\u2019 stable of other capable receivers. Don\u2019t expect the team to fall off just because its No. 1 option is out.<\/p>\n

Hawaii has dropped three straight since defeating Wyoming back on Oct 12. The Warriors have fallen to San Diego State, Nevada and Utah State in the last three weeks, losing by 21 to Utah State last week.<\/p>\n

Ikaika Woosley has been pretty bad at QB. He\u2019s throwing for just 50.9 percent completions while averaging only 5.9 yards per reception. He\u2019s thrown eight TDs and seven INTs, helping account for a horrible passer rating of 104.7.<\/p>\n

The Warriors have received good backfield production from Steven Lakalaka who has averaged 4.1 yards per carry and rushed for 616 yards on the season. Behind Lakalaka, Dicey Saint Juste and Joey Iosefa have both been good. Iosefa leads the team in rushing TDs with four, but is out for this contest.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
