Orioles starting pitcher Bud Norris (2-2, 3.94 ERA) has won back-to-back efforts, including a 5-1 home win over the Pittsburgh Pirates last time out, as he allowed a single run and seven hits over 5.1 innings of work.\u00a0 The right-hander is 1-2 with a 6.23 ERA in three road appearances\u2014serving up four home runs in 17.1 combined frames.\u00a0 In four career games versus the Rays, Norris has compiled a 1-2 record and 4.19 ERA.<\/p>\n

Rays starting pitcher Cesar Ramos (1-1, 2.91 ERA) pitched in relief on the road against the New York Yankees last Saturday\u2014his first such appearance since April 9.\u00a0 The left-hander has allowed just a single run and five hits over seven innings of work at home this year.\u00a0 In 14 career appearances versus the Orioles, Ramos has yet to earn a decision, and compiled a 3.27 ERA in seven outings in 2013.<\/p>\n
