Stanford makes its first trip to the state of Utah since 2003, as it comes off an impressive 31-28 victory over the Washington Huskies as nine-point home favorites last Saturday, while going OVER the betting total for a fourth consecutive contest.\u00a0 The Cardinal have the nation\u2019s second-best overall winning streak at 13 games, which can\u2019t be ignored when making your college football predictions in Week 7.\u00a0 The program has won its last game played in every Pac-12 Conference venue in addition to Seattle\u2019s CenturyLink Field\u2014capturing those games by an average of 22 points.\u00a0 Stanford is 10-2 SU and 9-2-1 ATS on the road the last two-plus seasons, with the UNDER going 9-3 in that situation.<\/p>\n

The Cardinal are 3-0 SU all-time within the state of Utah\u2019s borders, which is important to consider when looking over the college football betting lines Saturday.\u00a0 Stanford is 26-1 when out-rushing its opponent and 26-2 when scoring first under head coach David Shaw.\u00a0 It\u2019s important to point out that the program has recorded a takeaway in 29 consecutive games.\u00a0 Offensively, the team has opened the season by scoring 30 or more points in each of its first five games.<\/p>\n

Utah will start a season by playing five of its first six games at home\u2014the first time that has happened since 1915.\u00a0 The Utes are 0-4 against ranked conference opponents since joining the Pac-12 in 2011.\u00a0 It\u2019s likely the only way this home underdog covers this number is securing the football, which is certainly possible due to it leading the country in fewest fumbles lost.\u00a0 It also happens to be tied for the conference lead in red zone offense.\u00a0 Utah is 6-8 SU and 8-6 ATS as underdogs over the last two-plus seasons, with the UNDER going 8-4 in that situation.<\/p>\n

The Utes have outscored their opponents in all four quarters this season, but that will likely change as the conference schedule moves further along.\u00a0 Utah sophomore quarterback Travis Wilson is 3-2 this season and 6-6 in his career as the starter for this team, as he\u2019s completed 60.4 percent of his passes for 1,406 yards and 11 touchdowns.\u00a0 He is also the team\u2019s second-leading rusher, with 40 carries for 248 yards and five touchdowns.<\/p>\n
