Orioles starting pitcher Freddy Garcia (3-3, 4.47 ERA) has won three of his last four efforts, including a 4-3 home victory over the Los Angeles Angels last time out, as he allowed two runs and six hits over six frames.\u00a0 The right-hander is 2-2 with a 3.64 ERA in five home outings, issuing six walks and striking out 15 batters in 29.2 combined innings.\u00a0 In 25 career games (22 starts) versus the Red Sox, Garcia has tallied a 10-4 record and 4.51 ERA.<\/p>\n

Sports bettors will likely back the Orioles due to their 8-2 record at home versus right-handed starters, while the Red Sox are 2-5 in Lackey\u2019s last seven efforts as a favorite of -110 to -150.<\/p>\n
