class="wp-caption-text">St. Louis Cardinals QB Sam Bradford has been under siege this year

Seattle is the only NFL team that’s averaging more yards rushing (141.3) than passing (127.7), but the team has still managed to win two of its first three games, including back-to-back home victories over the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys. “What’s more important to us is that we take care of the football,” commented Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll. The Seahawks have turned the ball over only two times, but they also rank 30th in third-down conversions. Seattle is 2-8 ATS on the road when the total is 38.5 to 42, with the “under” going 6-5 in that situation.

The Seahawks are giving up a league-low 13.0 points per game, while also ranking fifth in the NFL with 10 sacks. Seattle may have a field day against Sunday’s opponent, considering it allowed its quarterback to get sacked six times last week. On the offensive end, running back Marshawn Lynch continues to be the focal point, leading all NFC runners with 305 yards on the ground. He gained 203 yards in the team’s two victories in this series a year ago.

St. Louis was held to a season-low 160 yards in a 23-6 setback to the Chicago Bears as seven-point road underdogs last week, but the team did win its only home game of the year against the Washington Redskins on Sept. 16. The Rams are definitely going to be challenged offensively in going against one of the league’s best defenses. “They’re good,” stated Rams quarterback Sam Bradford this week. “They’re big and physical up front and have a lot of speed in the back end. St. Louis is 6-5 ATS as a home underdog the last two-plus seasons, with the “over” going 6-5 in that situation.

The Rams’ season will certainly be defined in the next five days due to playing the Seahawks and Cardinals over that span, which is a tall mountain to climb when you consider they’ve gone 4-26 in division games over the last five seasons. St. Louis has gone 1-13 against those two rivals at home since the 2005 campaign.

Sports bettors will likely back the Seahawks due to their 9-1 ATS mark in the last 10 meetings, while the Rams are 3-7-1 ATS versus winning teams.

Don’t miss out on a winning season and let the NFL handicappers at Maddux Sports line your pockets with cash. Long term packages are available
