Los Angeles snapped a three-game losing streak by coming away with a 10-8 road victory over the Colorado Rockies on Wednesday, as the club has gone OVER the total in two consecutive games.\u00a0 The Dodgers have a new closer going into the weekend, as Ronald Belisario has taken over that role with Kenley Jansen being unavailable due to an irregular heartbeat.\u00a0 Offensively, the team is hoping All-Star outfielder Matt Kemp returns, as he\u2019s dealing with a bone bruise on his left knee.\u00a0 Los Angeles is 26-15 at home with a total of 7 or less, with the \u201cunder\u201d going 20-18 in that situation.<\/p>\n

Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw (12-7, 2.84 ERA) has won four of his last five games, including an 8-2 home victory over the Miami Marlins, allowing two runs and three hits over eight frames.\u00a0 The left-hander is 7-4 with a 2.27 ERA in 15 home appearances, issuing 27 walks and striking out 100 batters in 107 innings.\u00a0 In 12 lifetime appearances versus the Diamondbacks, Kershaw has compiled a 7-3 record and 2.41 ERA, but suffered a 5-3 road loss in the series on July 6.<\/p>\n
