Angels starting pitcher Jered Weaver (8-1, 2.31 ERA) has won his first two starts since coming off the disabled list with a back injury, including a 13-1 road victory over the Baltimore Orioles last time out, giving up one run and six hits over 6.2 innings.\u00a0 The right-hander has gone 3-1 with a 3.77 ERA in seven road outings, issuing 14 walks and collecting 33 strikeouts in 43 frames.\u00a0 In 13 career starts versus the Indians, Weaver has tallied a 5-2 record and 3.14 ERA.<\/p>\n

Cleveland took three of four games in Baltimore as it returns home from a 4-6 road trip, including a 6-2 victory on Sunday afternoon.\u00a0 \u201cYou\u2019re never as good as people think or as bad as some other people think you are,\u201d stated Indians manager Manny Acta.\u00a0 The Indians offense broke out for 32 runs in their four games against the Orioles, which was a surprise after playing just 13 in their previous six games.\u00a0 Cleveland is 3-2 as a home underdog of +125 to +150 this season, with the \u201cunder\u201d going 4-1 in those contests.<\/p>\n
