The Oregon State Beavers are one of the best offensive teams in the country<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Oregon State faces intrastate rival Oregon in the Civil War Series and will also look to push its win streak to three games.\u00a0 The Beavers have also gone \u201cover\u201d the total in their last 10 opportunities.\u00a0 It\u2019s important to note that the program completed its first sweep of the Los Angeles area schools since the 2004-05 campaign, snapping a 13-game losing streak to UCLA with an 87-84 win as two-point home favorites in the process on Jan. 19.\u00a0 Oregon State is 9-6 ATS on the year and the \u201cover\u201d is 12-4 on the season.<\/p>\n

The Beavers rank fifth nationally in scoring 82.7 points per game, while sitting atop the conference rankings in shooting 48.8 percent from the field.\u00a0 Jared Cunningham is certainly a player to watch, leading the Pac-12 Conference in scoring 17.8 points per game.\u00a0 He needs just 19 points to become the 36th player in school history to tally 1,000 career points.\u00a0 Oregon State has never led the conference in scoring since team statistics became available starting in the 1959-60 season.<\/p>\n

Oregon has won four straight games and will look to make it three consecutive wins in this series when hosting Oregon State inside Matthew Knight Arena.\u00a0 Dating back to the 1994-95 season, the Ducks have won 29 of the last 36 meetings in this longstanding rivalry.\u00a0 Offensively, the team will be trying to reach the 70-point plateau, posting a perfect 9-0 mark this season when going so.\u00a0 The Ducks are also 11-1 when holding opponents under that amount.\u00a0 Oregon is 1-5 ATS as a favorite this year and the \u201cover\u201d is 4-2 in that situation.<\/p>\n

The Ducks are led by junior forward E.J. Singler, who is averaging 12.9 points per game and 5.1 rebounds per game.\u00a0 He has reached double figures in scoring in 16 of 20 games and posted a career-high 26 points in last Saturday\u2019s win over the UCLA Bruins.\u00a0 Oregon will certainly look to keep this game close, posting a 10-0 mark in games decided by fewer than 10 points.\u00a0 The program is tied with California atop the Pac-12 Conference standings with a 6-2 record.<\/p>\n

Bettors will likely back the Ducks due to their 5-2 ATS mark as a favorite of 6.5 points or less, while the Beavers are 8-21 ATS as a road underdog in the same point range.<\/p>\n
