The Denver Nuggets will look to close out their first-ever 5-0 road trip<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Denver will look to finish off a perfect five-game road trip Wednesday night and has gone \u201cover\u201d the the total in winning its last four games.\u00a0 The Nuggets have won two games in overtime during their current win streak and will look to make it four in a row against the Kings in their series.\u00a0 It\u2019s important to note that the squad is just 2-3 on the road versus Western Conference foes during the 2011-12 campaign.\u00a0 Denver has won 12 of the last 19 games against Sacramento, while capturing the series in three of the past four years.\u00a0 Over the last two-plus seasons, the franchise is 10-5 ATS when playing with three or more days rest.<\/p>\n

The Nuggets had not gone 4-0 on their first four road games of a trip since April 2005, as they look to finish off their first-ever 5-0 road trip in franchise history.\u00a0 Denver is hoping that Danilo Gallinari can continue his offensive ways tonight, coming off a career-high 37 points versus the New York Knicks on Saturday.\u00a0 The franchise has lost four of its last five games inside Power Balance Pavilion.<\/p>\n

Sacramento has dropped its last two games in straight up and against-the-spread fashion, including a 101-89 defeat to the Portland Trail Blazers as 11-point road underdogs.\u00a0 The Kings have also fallen \u201cunder\u201d the total in eight of their last nine games.\u00a0 NBA schedule makers weren\u2019t exactly kind to the squad in constructing its January schedule, as the team will play 12 games on the road and just five in front of the home fans.\u00a0 Center DeMarcus Cousins will need to continue his strong play to pull off a slight upset Wednesday night, recording double-doubles in nine of his last 11 games.\u00a0 Sacramento is 0-4 ATS versus Northwest division opponents this year.<\/p>\n

The Kings need to start attacking the glass again, getting out-rebounded by a 104-74 margin over the past two games.\u00a0 Sacramento will be finishing out a stretch of playing five straight games against teams that made the NBA playoffs a season ago.\u00a0 Leading scorer Marcus Thornton is currently listed as day-to-day with a left thigh contusion, as he\u2019s managed to average 16.4 points per game this season.<\/p>\n
