The Washington Huskies have lost all four games away from home this season<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Washington is hoping to open the new year with a few road wins after starting off the Pac-12 Conference season with a 2-0 record.\u00a0 The Huskies are 0-4 in games away from Alaska Airlines Center, going 0-2 in true road games and 0-2 in neutral site games.\u00a0 Defense has been the big problem on the road, giving up 79.5 points per game, which is nine points more than they surrender in front of the home faithful.\u00a0 Thursday\u2019s game will be the 14th all-time meeting between the two schools, with the Huskies holding a slight 7-6 edge.\u00a0 Washington is 2-2 ATS as a road favorite of three points or less.<\/p>\n

The Huskies are led by freshman guard Tony Wroten, scoring 16.8 points and grabbing 4.8 rebounds per game, as he comes into this contest as the conference\u2019s second-leading scorer.\u00a0 Washington is the only Pac-12 team that has three players ranked among the conference\u2019s top-10 in scoring and top-15 in rebounding.\u00a0 Terrence Ross has really been coming off of late, leading the team in averaging 17.5 points over the past four contests.<\/p>\n

Colorado has won four straight and seven of nine since returning from Puerto Rico, as the senior class looks to improve upon its 46-15 overall record inside the Coors Events Center.\u00a0 The Buffaloes own the longest winning streak in the conference and rank first among all teams in limiting opponents to just 39.1 percent shooting from the field.\u00a0 Sophomore forward Andre Roberson figures to play a major role in deciding this contest, ranking first in the Pac-12 in averaging 12.0 rebounds per game.\u00a0 Colorado is 4-1 ATS as an underdog this season.<\/p>\n

The Buffaloes are currently ranked No. 94 overall in the college basketball RPI rankings, sitting not too far behind tonight\u2019s opponent (No. 82).\u00a0 Colorado has been very happy with freshman guard Spencer Dinwiddle\u2019s play over the past eight games, averaging 15.6 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.\u00a0 He\u2019s a major weapon on the perimeter, shooting 55.2 percent from three-point range.\u00a0 The team\u2019s defense suffocated Utah in allowing just 11 points in the first half, but head coach Tad Boyle knows his squad will face a massive challenge tonight.\u00a0 \u201cWe know Washington is going to be a different animal,\u201d he stated during practice this week.<\/p>\n
