The Crimson Tide are 40-28 all-time against the Yellow Jackets, while also posting a 73-52 mark versus current members of the ACC.\u00a0 Alabama\u2019s schedule currently ranks as the 20th toughest in the nation, as its opponents have tallied an impressive 94-53 record this season.\u00a0 Through its first 13 games, the defense has proven to be one of the best in the country, holding opponents to 56.2 points per game on 36.1 percent shooting.\u00a0 Dominating opponents in the paint is this team\u2019s strength, coming into this contest with a 418-294 edge in points in the paint.<\/p>\n

Georgia Tech also concludes its non-conference schedule and will be looking to end a two-game losing streak, dropping a 72-66 decision to Fordham on Dec. 29, 2011 in its last effort.\u00a0 The Yellow Jackets are 4-2 at home this season, but will be playing this game inside Philips Arena.\u00a0 Offensively, the team is averaging 65.0 points per game, which is 10th among conference teams.\u00a0 The squad has two players scoring in double figures, with Glen Rice Jr. leading the way in netting 13.2 points per game.\u00a0 Georgia Tech is 1-3 ATS versus SEC opponents.<\/p>\n
