The Michigan State Spartans have won 16 consecutive games against the Indiana Hoosiers inside the Breslin Center<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The Hoosiers are led by forward Cody Zeller, who has been named Big Ten Freshman of the Week four times and leads the team in scoring 15.1 points and grabbing 7.3 rebounds per game.\u00a0 Indiana may be shorthanded for Wednesday night\u2019s contest, as three players are uncertain to play, combining to average 25.0 points per game.\u00a0 The Hoosiers suffered an 84-83 overtime loss in their last trip to East Lansing as 10.5-point road underdogs, while the game went \u2018over\u2019 the posted total of 135.5.<\/p>\n

Michigan State has won 11 consecutive games since starting the 2011-12 campaign with neutral-site losses against North Carolina and Duke.\u00a0 The Spartans have alternated spread wins and losses over their last four games, coming off a 90-81 win over Lehigh as 15-point home favorites.\u00a0 \u201cIndiana\u2019s going to come in here 12-0 and you know they\u2019ll be fired up,\u201d commented Austin Thornton.\u00a0 \u201cWe\u2019re going to have to be ready.\u201d\u00a0 During its current win streak, the team is averaging 79.6 points per game and holding opponents to just 57.4 points.<\/p>\n
