games and comes off an 81-58 victory over IUPUI on Monday.\u00a0 The Hoyas will be meeting the Crimson Tide for the fifth time, with each schools collecting a pair of victories, picking up a 70-60 win on a neutral floor during the 2007-08 season as part of the Big East\/SEC Challenge.\u00a0 The roster is extremely young on this squad, possessing 10 freshmen and sophomores.\u00a0 Georgetown is 18-6 ATS in non-conference action the last two-plus years.<\/p>\n<p>The Hoyas are averaging 82.0 points per game and have beaten opponents by an average of 19.8 points a contest.\u00a0 Senior guard Jason Clark has the most experience of any player on the roster, playing in 103 career games.\u00a0 He was named to the Maui Invitational All-Tournament team, leading all players with 69 points, averaging 23 points a contest.\u00a0 Georgetown is 39-7 in the month of December since John Thompson III took over as head coach prior to the 2004-05 season.\u00a0 The team brought back two starters from last year\u2019s team.<\/p>\n<p>Alabama is set to finish up a three-game homestand Thursday and will put its perfect 7-0 record on the line.\u00a0 The Crimson Tide tallied a 72-64 win over the VCU Rams last time out, failing to cover the 14.5-point spread at home, while going over the posted total of 125.\u00a0 Head coach Anthony Grant was pleased with his team\u2019s effort after going into the break with a one-point deficit.\u00a0 \u201cDuring the last four or five minutes of the game, our guys really stepped up on the defensive end,\u201d Grant stated after the game.\u00a0 Alabama is 25-12 ATS as a favorite over the last two-plus seasons.<\/p>\n<p>The Crimson Tide are led by a defense that allows just 52.6 points per game, which is eighth-best nationally.\u00a0 Alabama has allowed just two of its opponents to reach the 60-point mark.\u00a0 Senior guard Jamychal Green leads the team in averaging 15.5 points per game and scored 16 of his season-high 21 points in the second half of last week\u2019s game.\u00a0 The program has tallied a 24-26 all-time mark against Big East Conference opponents, but 31 of those meetings came on neutral courts.<\/p>\n<p>Bettors will likely back the
