Missouri is making a record fourth appearance in the CBE Classic and owns a 11-3 all-time record in the event.\u00a0 The Tigers will virtually be the host in the neutral-court affair, as it will be played inside the Sprint Center in Kansas City, MO.\u00a0 Hot-shooting from the three-point line has been the story for the squad the last two games, hitting 52.3 percent of its shots from beyond the arc.\u00a0 Missouri tallied an impressive 83-52 win over Niagara as 24-point home favorites last time out.\u00a0 It\u2019s important to note that the program is 0-4 ATS versus the Big East Conference.<\/p>\n

The Tigers are averaging 82.3 points per game and are led by senior guard Marcus Denmon, who is scoring 18.0 points and grabbing 6.7 rebounds per game.\u00a0 He is one of four different players on the roster that call Kansas City home.\u00a0 Denmon has scored in double figures in the last 12 games dating back to last season.\u00a0 Missouri leads the all-time series, 6-2, and is 4-0 in games played within the state, breaking down to 3-0 in Columbia and 1-0 in Kansas City.<\/p>\n

Notre Dame is off to a 4-0 start for the fourth straight season and seventh time under head coach Mike Brey.\u00a0 The Fighting Irish went 2-0 in the regional-round action of this event, including a 59-53 win over Detroit.\u00a0 Brey has been sending out numerous lineups this season, as five different players have made their first career starts this season.\u00a0 Notre Dame has used three different starting lineups.\u00a0 \u201cI have to keep reminding myself about patience, especially early,\u201d stated Brey.\u00a0 Notre Dame is 1-4 ATS in its last five neutral-site affairs.<\/p>\n

The Fighting Irish will welcome back forward Tim Abromaitis, as he missed the first four games of the season due to a misunderstanding of an NCAA rule.\u00a0 He averaged 15.4 points and 6.1 rebounds a game last year.\u00a0 Offensively, the team has really moved around the ball, registering an assist on 41 of its 57 made baskets the last two games.\u00a0 Notre Dame is also a sizzling 21-of-42 from three-point range over that span.<\/p>\n
