Courtesy of Bookmaker<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>San Diego Chargers -200<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Kansas City Chiefs +200<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Oakland Raiders +600<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Denver Broncos +1500<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4258\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4258\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.madduxsports.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/matt-cassel-chiefs-8271.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4258\" src=\"https:\/\/www.madduxsports.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/matt-cassel-chiefs-8271-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"Chiefs Raiders NFL Preview\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.madduxsports.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/matt-cassel-chiefs-8271-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.madduxsports.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/matt-cassel-chiefs-8271.jpg 495w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4258\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Kansas City Chiefs are the second-choice to win the AFC Division for a second consecutive year<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The 2011 National Football League season is less than a month away and the lines makers have placed odds on -each team to win its respective division.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t miss out on a tremendous opportunity to turn a profit this year and get a long term package from your favorite NFL handicappers at Maddux Sports.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>San Diego Chargers<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>San Diego missed the playoffs despite finishing the 2010 season with a 9-7 record and the league\u2019s second-ranked passing offense and top-ranked passing defense.\u00a0 The Chargers must focus on getting out of the gate quickly, as the team started last year with a 2-5 mark.<\/p>\n<p>Quarterback Philip Rivers is one of the elite NFL players and is coming off a career year in passing for 4,710 yards and a 66 percent completion percentage.\u00a0 A key for the offense this year is getting a ground game established, as it\u2019s hard to imagine Rivers throwing 541 passes like he did a year ago.<\/p>\n<p>Playing the Chargers as a home favorite was the only winning angle for bettors last year, as they finished 6-2 ATS in that situation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Kansas City Chiefs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kansas City was undoubtedly the talk of the division last year, starting out the year with a 3-0 record and making the playoffs.\u00a0 The Chiefs were handed a 30-7 defeat in the Wild Card round and finished 9-8 against-the-spread.<\/p>\n<p>Rushing dominance at home was a catalyst in the team\u2019s overall performance, gaining a league-high 1,463 rushing yards, which happens to be the third-highest mark in franchise history.<\/p>\n<p>Quarterback Matt Cassel returns for his third season and has some major weapons offensively, including a pair of Pro Bowl selections in running back Jamaal Charles and Dwyane Bowe.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Oakland Raiders<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Oakland finished the 2010 regular season with an 8-8 SU record and 9-7 ATS mark, but decided to go in another direction by firing head coach Tom Cable and promoting last year\u2019s offensive coordinator Hue Jackson to the top spot.<\/p>\n<p>The Raiders will be without star cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, who has signed a free agency contract to play with the Philadelphia Eagles.\u00a0 That has left plenty of money around to sign free agents and continue the growth of home-grown talent within the organization.<\/p>\n<p>Quarterback Jason Campbell has some weapons at his disposal on the offensive end, including wide receiver Jacoby Ford and running back Darren McFadden.\u00a0 The Raiders were second in the NFL in averaging 155.9 rushing yards a game last year.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Denver Broncos<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Denver has recently been the most talked about team in the league due to its quarterback situation, as Kyle Orton is expected to be the opening week starter against Oakland on Sept. 12.<\/p>\n<p>The commotion has been caused due to backup Tim Tebow\u2019s popularity within the community, but a media backlash has been occurring during camp.\u00a0 Many believe the organization made a major mistake in drafting the signal caller out of Florida.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s clear that the squad has a lot to figure out over the next few weeks under new head coach John Fox, who is looking to start anew after seeing things deteriorate in Carolina.\u00a0 The team was 5-11 ATS last year and failed to cover three of five games as a home underdog.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Odds to win the AFC West Division &#8211;
