He knows how to pace himself and knows his body, probably as well as anybody I\u2019ve had,\u201d Reds manager Dusty Baker said.\u00a0 \u201cHe takes pride in winning, innings pitched and going deep in ballgames.\u201d\u00a0 Arroyo helped the Reds complete a sweep on April 3rd, as he gave up 3 runs in 7 innings of pitching, his last quality start.\u00a0 Arroyo&#8217;s PECOTA projections are a 13-12 record with a 4.31 ERA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are times when they come easy and it seems like they\u2019re just going to keep coming,\u201d Arroyo told the Reds\u2019 official website. \u201cYou know eventually that you\u2019re going to go down the other side of the mountain.
