Arkansas has enjoyed the type of season that many experts predicted at the beginning of the season, with losses to Alabama and Auburn as the only blemishes on the schedule.\u00a0 \u201cWe\u2019ve grown a lot since last year,\u201d said junior quarterback Ryan Mallett.\u00a0 \u201cLast year we were a young team, but now we\u2019re maturing – we\u2019re just growing up.\u201d\u00a0 He has a 160.4 passer rating on the year, but could struggled against an LSU secondary that is allowing just 151.8 passing yards per game.\u00a0 Mallett completed 17 of 39 passes for 227 yards and an interception in last year\u2019s loss.\u00a0 The team is 15-8 ATS versus conference opponents the last three seasons.<\/p>\n

The Razorbacks are coming off a 38-31 double-overtime victory at Mississippi State on Saturday, giving them the 22nd nine-win season in school history.\u00a0 Arkansas has won its last seven games in Little Rock, which is tied for the seventh-longest streak in program history.\u00a0 The team boasts an all-time record of 136-65-4 in the state\u2019s capital and a 145-52-2 mark in War Memorial Stadium.\u00a0 Head coach Bobby Petrino usually has his team\u2019s playing their best football during the month of November, as his .769 career winning percentage in the month ranking as the second-highest among current SEC coaches.<\/p>\n

Bettors will find that the Tigers are 3-11 ATS in their last 14 November games, while the Razorbacks are 4-1 ATS the last five meetings.<\/p>\n
