The Buffalo Bills (1-8) earned their first win of the season last week at home and no longer own the longest losing streak in the NFL.\u00a0 That dubious distinction now belongs to the Cincinnati Bengals (2-7), who have dropped their last six games since winning 20-7 at Carolina in Week 3.\u00a0 The Bengals (-5.5) will also try to avoid a 10-game series skid against the Bills on Sunday, going 1-8 against the spread in the previous nine meetings between the teams dating back to 1989.<\/p>\n

Buffalo became the last team in the league to win a game last week with a 14-12 victory against Detroit after losing three in a row by exactly three points.\u00a0 The Bills have gone 3-0-1 ATS in their last four games with the under cashing three times during that stretch.\u00a0 Running back Fred Jackson came alive against the Lions, rushing 25 times for a season-high 133 yards and one touchdown while adding six catches for 37 yards and another score.<\/p>\n

Jackson could have another big game against the Bengals, especially with rookie C.J. Spiller out with a hamstring injury.\u00a0 Cincy ranks 22nd<\/sup> in the NFL in run defense, giving up 115.8 yards per game on the ground.\u00a0 Last week in a 23-17 loss at Indianapolis, the Bengals allowed Donald Brown and Javarris James to combine for 76 yards on 22 carries and a touchdown.<\/p>\n

Cincinnati running back Cedric Benson also has to be licking his chops since Buffalo has the worst run defense in the league, surrendering an average of 166.9 yards per game. \u00a0Benson has not rushed for more than 70 yards in the last four games after totaling a season-high 144 in a 24-21 home loss to Tampa Bay in Week 4.<\/p>\n

The Bills have been solid against the pass this season, limiting opponents to an average of 206.8 yards per game despite allowing 18 touchdowns through the air.\u00a0 Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer threw for 271 yards and two touchdowns with one interception in the last meeting with Buffalo in 2007, resulting in a 33-21 road loss.\u00a0 Palmer had 292 passing yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions last week against the Colts as he tried to rally his team back from a 17-0 deficit.<\/p>\n

The last three meetings between Buffalo and Cincinnati have gone OVER the total, but the last three games for the Bills overall have gone UNDER.\u00a0 The UNDER has also cashed in two of the last three games overall for the Bengals, who are 1-5 ATS during their six-game losing streak.<\/p>\n
