Tennessee snapped a two-game losing streak last time out, as it picked up a 23-19 victory over the Oakland Raiders as 2.5-point road favorites last Sunday, while pushing up against the betting total of 42.  This is the second matchup between these two teams in three weeks, which is important to consider when making your pro football picks.  Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick is coming off a tremendous performance, as he completed 30 of 42 passes for 320 yards and a 109.2 passer rating.  Tennessee is 3-5 SU and 4-3-1 ATS as road underdogs of 3.5 to 7 points the last two-plus seasons, with no edge in terms of the total (4-4 Over/Under).

The Titans are in control of the AFC’s sixth and final playoff spot after last week’s dramatic victory.  “Hopefully we’ll capture some of the momentum we have,” commented Fitzpatrick during practice this week.  Tennessee has lost 17 of 21 in this series, including nine of 10 in Indianapolis.  Running back Chris Johnson must get on track to pull off the upset, as he’s averaged just 59.5 yards per game in his last six meetings in this series.

Indianapolis hasn’t dropped back-to-back contests in its last 26 regular-season games, which can’t be ignored when looking over the NFL betting lines in Week 13.  Colts signal-caller Andrew Luck threw for 163 yards in last week’s blowout loss to the Arizona Cardinals, which was the second-lowest total of his two professional seasons since being selected No. 1 out of Stanford.  Indianapolis is 3-1 SUATS as favorites of 3.5 to 9.5 points since 2011.

The Colts have a league-best 14-1 record in the second seasonal matchup against division foes since 2008, as Luck will be looking to get some help from running back Donald Brown, who is averaging 107 yards on the ground over the last three games.  On the defensive side of the football, Indianapolis linebacker Robert Mathis will look to add on to his 14.5 sacks, as he sits just 1.5 away from setting the franchise single-season record.

Sports bettors will likely back the colts due to their 11-1 ATS mark following a SU loss.
