Arizona is the Pac-12 Conference’s winning road team over the last four-plus seasons, as the top-ranked team in the country tries to improve upon its 6-2 SU all-time record against Michigan.  The Wildcats are ranked ninth nationally in both field goal percentage defense and scoring defense, while they’ve also managed to win the rebounding battle in all 10 of their games thus far, which can’t be ignored when looking over the NCAA basketball lines.

The Wildcats’ offensive attack is hitting at a 50.2 percent clip, while averaging 24.4 free throw attempts per game.  Arizona loves to get the ball inside, as it has more than doubled its opponents output in that area.  Three players are averaging in double figures, with junior guard Nick Johnson leading the way in scoring 15.7 points per game, while true freshman forward Aaron Gordon continues to be one of the best all-around players in the country.

Michigan has alternated wins and losses over its last four games, while the UNDER has cashed in three of those affairs.  The Wolverines have had at least one 20-point scorer in their last eight games, while forward Mitch McGary is really starting to turn things on—averaging a double-double in his last five contests.  The program has won its last 20 non-conference games at the Crisler Center, which is important to consider when making your NCAA basketball picks Saturday afternoon.

The Wolverines are 1-7 SU all-time when facing the No. 1 team in the country in Ann Arbor, but they’ve grown accustom to facing top-level teams recently—facing 10 opponents ranked in the top 3 since January 2011.  In four home games this season, Michigan is averaging 89.0 points and winning each of those affairs by 25-or-more points.  When the team scores 80-or-more points under head coach John Beilein—it has come away with a victory all 24 times.

Sports bettors will likely back the Wolverines due to the fact that they allow opponents to reach the charity stripe on just 24.9 percent of their possessions.
