In a shocking form of events out of the Big 12 Conference powerhouse Norman Oklahoma, sophomore starting quarterback Rhett Bomar has been dismissed from the Oklahoma Sooners football team.Â In a statement from Oklahoma university, Bomar was kicked off for violating NCAA rules.

Four Miami Hurricanes, including starting running back Tyrone Moss and wide receiver Ryan Moore, have been suspended for violating team policy. Head Coach Larry Coker declined to say what prompted the punishment, but he said all 4 players were involved in the same incident.
