Missouri is set to make its first-ever appearance at Sanford Stadium, as it comes off a resounding 51-28 win over the Vanderbilt Commodores as 2.5-point road favorites last Saturday, while going OVER the betting total of 56.  The Tigers managed to rack up 523 yards of total offense, which is important to consider when making your college football predictions in Week 7.  The program has already equaled its entire win total from an injury-riddled 2012 campaign.  Missouri is 4-9 SU and 7-6 ATS as an underdog over the last two-plus seasons, with the OVER going 8-5 in that situation.

The Tigers will be aiming for a 6-0 record for the third time under head coach Gary Pinkel, while also trying to notch their first-ever win in this series.  Missouri’s 51 points at Vanderbilt marked the most scored by the team in a road conference game in regular since since 2008.  The team has caused a turnover in 35-straight games, which is the longest such streak of its kind in the BCS.  Offensively, the team is converting 53.8 percent of its third-down opportunities, which ranks third in the SEC and ninth in the country.

Georgia has won its last 15 home games, which ranks as the third-longest home winning streak in school history—something to consider when looking over the college football odds page.  The Bulldogs are averaging 39.8 points a game, which ranks fourth in the conference, which is a very impressive number due to playing one of the toughest schedules in the country thus far.  It’s also important to point out that the program has played 14 true freshman this season.  Georgia is 5-0 SUATS as favorites of 3.5 to 10 points the last two-plus campaigns.

The Bulldogs are led offensively by the play of quarterback Aaron Murray, who became the SEC’s all-time leader in passing yards last week.  He has also thrown for 88 touchdowns and just 18 interceptions in his 32 career wins as a starter.  On the other side of the ball, linebacker Ramik Wilson has been very impressive, as he leads the SEC with 52 tackles.

Sports bettors will likely back the Bulldogs due to their 5-1-1 ATS record in their last seven conference games.
