Missouri has won three of its last four games, as it comes off a 91-77 victory over the Auburn Tigers as 14.5-point home favorites last Saturday, while going OVER the posted total of 138.  The Tigers will now aim for their first road win of the 2012-13 campaign, which could very well happen in this spot, as they’ve won both meetings with the Aggies under head coach Frank Haith.  The program has just one player, Phil Pressey, who played in both wins in this series last year.  Missouri is 9-14 ATS on the road the last two-plus seasons, which is important to consider when making your college basketball expert picks Thursday.

The Tigers are one of college basketball’s most balanced scoring teams this season, with five players averaging double figures in points, while a six player is scoring 9.8 points a night.  Missouri ranks fourth nationally with 42.0 rebounds per game, which has led to a plus-12.3 advantage on the boards in its last three contests.  The team leads the Southeastern Conference in hitting 77 percent of its shots from the charity stripe during league play.

Texas A&M has dropped five of its last six games, including a 72-68 overtime loss to the Kentucky Wildcats as 6.5-point home underdogs last time out, while going OVER the total for the first time in six contests.  The Aggies have two probable starters averaging in double figures, with senior guard Elston Turner scoring 15.7 poitns per game.  He has reached double-digits in scoring in 42 of 53 career games.  Texas A&M is 3-4 ATS as underdogs this season, with the UNDER going 4-1 in that situation.

The Aggies rank second in the conference with a 70.5 team free throw shooting percentage.  Texas A&M has won eight of its last 10 meetings against Missouri, while posting a 5-3 all-time mark in the series when playing at Reed Arena.  The program is 66-16 at this venue since the start of the 2008-09 season, including a 23-14 mark versus conference foes.

Sports bettors will likely play the total in this affair, as the OVER is 7-1 in the last eight meetings.
