The 21-5 Kansas Jayhawks are looking for at least a share of the Big 12 regular season title for the 11th straight season. The Jayhawks still lead the conference with a 10-3 record but two losses in the last four games have narrowed the gap to one game over 9-4 Iowa State. Next up for the Jayhawks is a home game against 16-10 Texas Christian. The Horned Frogs are 3-10 in conference and in ninth place ahead of only 2-12 Texas Tech. TCU has won 2 straight games after a 7 game losing streak.

Kansas leads the series 8-1 against TCU including 3-0 in Lawrence. The Jayhawks won in Fort Worth 64-61 January 28. The game was very close despite the Kansas bench outscoring the TCU bench 35-4 in that contest.

As recently as last Saturday, TCU looked left for dead. However, the Horned Frogs showed signs of life with upsets over Oklahoma State and Kansas State. TCU can be dangerous and Kansas shouldn’t overlook them. The Jayhawks win and the game shouldn’t be as close as the earlier meeting in Fort Worth.
