Cuban needs to hire a great GM and then concentrate on other things and let his basketball people run the basketball team. I love Cuban as an owner but it is time for him to hire a good GM and listen to him instead of treating this like a fantasy basketball team. Trading for Kidd was one of the dumbest trades I can remember, oh wait Suns traded probably the best all around player in the game for an overweight Shaq who is past his prime.
