Coach: Barry Alvarez (16th year at Wisconsin)
Team Name: Badgers
2004 Record: 9-3
2004 Big 10 Conference Record 6-2
2004 ATS Record: 8-4
Returning Starters: 9
Last year Wisconsin was able to rely on their defense to produce W’s but with 7 starters departing they will not have that same luxury this season. For Wisconsin to be a contender they are going to need their offensive production to increase from the 20 points per game they posted last year. Paul Cryst was brought in from Oregon St. to run the offensive show this season, and will instill more of an attack style offense which should help offensive output. The Badgers have gone to a bowl game in 8 of the last 9 years and we do expect that trend to continue in 2005.
