Although the Tigers lost stars Brown, Campbell, and Williams, a good amount of talented players still remain. The starting backfield is new but gifted, as well as the rest of offense is experienced. The beginning of Auburns football schedule is fairly trouble-free and they should win their first 5 games. The test will come in the second half of the season when we will truly see how good Auburn is, playing foes Arkansas, LSU, Georgia all on the road, and than wrapping up the season at home against Bama. They won’t go undefeated this year, but they are still one of the best teams in the SEC in 2005.
